Report what actually happened
Squad power is pre-filled from the model — check it against the number the game shows you and correct it. A value nobody checked is not an observation, and the model cannot be corrected by its own guesses.
The numbers are the observation; the screenshot is what makes it reviewable. Without one the owner has to take the fight on faith, which is the whole thing the review step exists to avoid.
Submissions are reviewed before they affect anything. Nothing you send changes the model on its own.
